Q: When can I expect to get my order?
A: All orders ship within two days of receipt. Portraits take 2 – 3 weeks and minis will take about 2 weeks. Shipping will take approximately 7 business days.
Q: I’d like to have a name added and the hair and eye colour changed to one of the giclee prints. How does that work?
A: When completing the order online, fill out the name on the form and complete the checkout. Then, email us with the hair and eye colour request and include a photo if available. Touch-ups will take about two days and then you will receive a photo of the painting for your approval before the order ships.
Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal or cheque (made out to Cici Art Factory). Visa & MC payments are also accepted but please call or email us the number.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Cici Art Factory uses Canada Post for most of our shipping needs. UPS shipping is available although at increased rates (please contact us for a rate). We calculate shipping fees automatically at check-out.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping within Canada & the US is flat fee $4.95
Q: If I live in Vancouver, can I pick up my art in person?
A: Yes! Simply email email@example.com and we can arrange for pick-up free of charge.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your painting. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email or call us within 10 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- If your merchandise arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
- If you return an item, it must be in its original packaging in saleable condition.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges for returning an item and Cici Art Factory will not accept any COD shipping of returns.
- The package must be mailed via UPS or insured parcel.
Q: Are your prices in Canadian or US dollars?
Q: Do I pay sales tax with online purchases?
A: Residents of British Columbia, Canada will also be charged 7% PST on top of the purchase price. If you are an out-of-province or international customer (including the US), you are responsible for all customs and duties.
Q: Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
A: You can send a package to either your billing address (the same as your PayPal account) or a shipping address (an alternate address used to ship purchases to other locations). Be sure to enter the shipping address and a phone number correctly. If you enter the wrong address, you are responsible for any charges by the carrier to redirect your package to the right address.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O boxes.
Q: Will the colours I see on the website exactly match what I will get?
A: Colours vary per computer screen and browser. Our paintings and prints are as close as possible to what you see on your screen, but we cannot control what setting your computer screens are on, and so we cannot guarantee an exact match.
