Q: When can I expect to get my order?
A: Lotsa paintings and prints will be shipped within two business days. Lead time for portraits is 2 – 3 weeks and minis will take about 2 weeks. Shipping will take approximately 7 business days.
Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal or personal cheque. Cheques (made out to Cici Art Factory) must clear before product is shipped.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Cici Art Factory uses Canada Post for most of our shipping needs. UPS shipping is available although at increased rates (please contact us for a rate). We calculate shipping fees automatically at check-out and add them to your total invoice.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Canadian & US shipping charges are as follows:

For international orders, shipping will be an additional $1.50 per print and an additional $3 per painting on the prices listed above. So a single Lotsa painting would be $13 dollars to ship in North America, and $16 to ship internationally; a single print would ship for $5 within North America and $6.50 internationally.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your painting. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email or call us within 10 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- If your merchandise arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
- If you return an item, it must be in its original packaging in saleable condition.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges for returning an item and Cici Art Factory will not accept any COD shipping of returns.
- The package must be mailed via UPS or insured parcel.
Q: Are your prices in Canadian or US dollars?
A: Canadian!
Q: Do I pay sales tax with online purchases?
A: Residents of British Columbia, Canada will also be charged 7% PST on top of the purchase price. If you are an out-of-province or international customer (including the US), you are responsible for all customs and duties.
Q: Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
A: You can send a package to either your billing address (the same as your PayPal account) or a shipping address (an alternate address used to ship purchases to other locations). Be sure to enter the shipping address and a phone number correctly. If you enter the wrong address, you are responsible for any charges by the carrier to redirect your package to the right address.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O boxes.
Q: Will the colors I see on the website exactly match what I will get?
A: Colors vary per computer screen and browser. Our paintings and prints are as close as possible to what you see on your screen, but we cannot control what setting your computer screens are on, and so we cannot guarantee an exact match.
